Each week, you'll acquire new skills and create a unique project to take home, including fire pokers, hooks, camping tripods, and artistic pieces. Relive Childhood Workshop Memories Were you brought up playing in your parents' workshop, getting dirty and greasy with the smell of oil and sparks flying? Now's your chance to have fun in our forge, creating metal art while developing old-school skills. Connect with Nature and Experience Practical Meditation Reconnect with nature by learning the ancient art of blacksmithing. This course offers practical meditation, requiring your full presence as you manage hot steel, fiery forges, and deliver consistent, accurate blows. The rhythm of the anvil sets the pace for a deeply satisfying experience. Feel the Primal Satisfaction of Shaping Steel Experience the primal satisfaction of shaping steel, witnessing it become pliable in the hot forge for just 30 seconds. In that brief window, you will dictate its shape, crafting something unique and personal. --- This course provides a hands-on, immersive experience into blacksmithing, perfect for those looking to develop a new skill or rediscover a childhood passion. Cancellation Policy
Welcome to Forged Metal Art Classes! By enrolling in our blacksmith class, you agree to the following terms and conditions: General Information Our blacksmith class provides hands-on training in traditional blacksmithing techniques. Eligibility Minors aged 9yrs or older may attend with a parent or guardian’s written consent. Participants must be physically capable of standing for extended periods and handling heavy tools. Registration and Payment To enroll, complete the online registration form and submit payment in full. We accept payments via credit card and PayPal. Refunds will be issued if cancellation is requested at least one week before the class start date. Health and Safety Safety is our top priority. Participants must follow all safety guidelines and instructions from the instructor. PPE, including safety glasses, glove, and apron must be worn at all times. We provide this PPE, but participants must supply the following, leather boots, non flammable pants such as denim jeans,  non flammable long sleeve shirt and hair tied back for every class. Without this the student will be refused entry into the class and no refund supplied. Blacksmithing has inherent risk involved which forged metal art endeavours to protect all students however By participating, you agree to release forged metal art from any liability for injuries sustained during the class. Class Conduct Respectful behavior towards the instructor and other participants is mandatory. Failure to follow safety rules or disruptive behavior will result in removal from the class without a refund. Cancellation and Rescheduling We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be notified via email, and/or text. If you need to cancel, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to discuss options. Photography and Media We may take photos or videos during the class for promotional purposes. Permission will be requested on sign up. Privacy Your personal information will be used solely for class administration and will not be shared with third parties.
